Nina Jones Nina lives in the Dallas area and is a wonderful blessing to the Awana ministry in Texas. She often works behind the scenes coordinating Awana Conferences and events, helping the missionaries in many ways, and helping to coordinate events in areas where we don't currently have a missionary. Professionally Nina is a Certified Public Accountant, founder of Nina D Jones, CPA and a member of the American Insitute of Certified Public Accountants. She has a wonderful heart and passion to see children and youth reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, especially through Awana. She is the past Commander of Awana at Oakcliff Bible Church and serves on the Executive Leadership Team of her church pastored by Dr. Tony Evans. She is the current CFO of Goodwill Industries of Dallas. She also serves on the North Texas Awana Ministry Team, formerly Heart of Texas. 	Darlene Wallace Darlene is also a wonderful blessing to the Texas state ministry. Child Protection is an incredibly important area of our ministry, and all Ministry Team volunteers must go through a screening process. Darlene works with our volunteers, walking and directing them through this important process. In doing so she not only helps to protect children and volunteers, but offloads some of the work that our Missionaries would normally need to do, thus freeing them to do other important tasks. For a number of years Darlene worked as an Administrative Assistant in US Ministries at Awana HQ in Streamwood, IL. About a year ago she and her husband Bill "retired", but we continue to use her experience and expertise to screen our Texas volunteers. 	Jan Rhinehart Jan Rhinehart is our Texas Church Data Specialist. With churches often changing Pastors, Commanders, email addresses etc. it is important that we maintain an accurate data base. Jan keeps in contact with our churches and our Missionaries and works to keep our information updated. Jan and her husband Dan live in Austin, serve on the Texas Ministry Team, and have been involved in Awana for years.  Their dedicated service to our state ministry is a real blessing both to our Missionaries and our churches. Jan's favorite Bible verse is John 1:29b, "Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world."
