Jenifer and I were born, raised, met, married, and had our children in California. Though we served God in our local church, I felt a burden for Missions and felt that God would someday move our family in that direction. After I had unexpected open heart surgery, God put urgency in our hearts that the time to serve Him was NOW.
In obedience to what we felt was His Will for our lives, we moved to the Austin area without any job prospects or specific direction. We knew only that for our family, He was calling us to step forward in obedience without having specific laid out plans. Immediately after we chose to follow Him, the Awana Missionary position became known to us.
We take steps of faith each day as we trust Him to provide the support we need for our ministry. We are entirely supported by the free will gifts of churches and individuals and receive no funds from the sale of the Awana materials. We appreciate your prayers for our ministry as we strive to follow His Will.
