Our favorite firefly wants to visit Sparks clubs across America, including yours!

Where's Sparky?! is created to be an exciting collaboration between Sparkies everywhere, one that encourages them to build friendships, pray for each other and take part in an imaginative cross-country adventure. The goal: churches work together to send Sparky across the U.S. and learn about each other along the way!

The Southern Baptist Convention Mission Education Team of the North American Mission Board (NAMB) has offered to share 36 new SnackPack lesson plans.  These lessons are posted at www.namb.net/dime as part of their drop-in mission education strategy. These lessons are at no cost to you, all they ask is that you register and fill out a small survey.

To use these lessons, follow the link above, once on the home page, go to the left side about half way down to "Drop-In Mission Education Dime Registration".  Fill in the registration, then accept the information and it will take you to the lesson page. Remember your Login and Password as you will need these to access your SnackPack lessons.

These lessons are designed to be dropped into any existing children's meeting where a simple missions-related lesson is desired. They provide a "taste" of missions and are not a comprehensive on-mission preparation.

The lessons: 

• Are 15-20 minutes in length
• Provide an evangelistic emphasis in one out of every four lessons
• Include a parent's letter for each lesson (several present the plan of salvation)
• Loosely follow the school year
• Have an international missions emphasis late in the year
• Have a North American missions emphasis in the Spring
• Encourage mission projects in an Acts 1:8 context
