Having trouble getting clubbers to show up on time? Here's a great way to encourage your kids (and parents) to be at club on time!
Get a large roll of Raffle Tickets, and when a clubber shows up on time before Opening Ceremony, they get a Raffle Ticket. At the close of Opening Ceremony, draw a winner--you can do one from each of the clubs, or just an overall group winner. The clubber who has the winning number gets to draw something out of a "Prize Box", that could be anything you want--colored pencils, candy, T&T Trading Cards, or other fun stuff from Awana. It's a great way to motivate clubbers to show up on time!
